For Thailand, our Thailand office is located at Decathlon Bangna. We have over 700 teammates who work for:

• Retail activities: 21 Stores in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Pattaya, Phuket and Korat.
• Supply/Logistic activities: To supply products for all Decathlon stores in Thailand with the warehouse space of 12,00 SQM.
• Production activities: To collaborate with 19 suppliers in our industrial panel and also manage 1 of our own factory to supply products for Decathlon stores in Thailand and worldwide.

Your Role:

You will be in charge of Rubber processes; managing the quality of products & processes including the development of new SUSTAINABLE products with suppliers in Thailand. You will be based at our Thailand office; Decathlon Bangna. However, there will be a regularly on-site visit to supplier factories.

 Your Main Mission:

• You manage the industrialization step of new SUSTAINABLE products development in order to ensure a stable and reliable process before the start of mass production.
• By identifying the risks and finding solutions, you implement & drive the Continuous Improvement (CI) / LEAN concept & actions to make your suppliers autonomous and continuously improve their performances (Quality, Sustainable Development, Process).

 Your Job Description:

• You define & implement the control plan (in-coming, on-line and final inspection) for your perimeter.
• You manage the quality of products, process efficiency on the field and collaborate with your suppliers on a daily basis to ensure their quality and efficiency performances.
• You plan the assessment of Quality, Sustainable Development, Process and Operational Excellence for your suppliers and manage them to achieve Decathlon requirements.
• You deploy continuous improvement actions with your suppliers to improve QUALITY & ASSESSMENT performances and/or to anticipate the QUALITY risks.
• You are responsible on the project management of new SUSTAINABLE development products by collaborating with suppliers and customers to define the development schedule and ensure the ON-TIME development.
• You manage & ensure the compliance of technical validation for each industrialization step.
• You ensure that the process of your supplier is stable, capable and profitable before the start of mass production.

Profile Details:

• You are active, lively and practice sports regularly.
• You are fluent in English (Oral & Written) and have strong communication skills.
• Materials/Chemical Engineering Bachelor degree and 3 years experience in Rubber processes is an advantage.
• You have a good fundamentals in QUALITY management, strong capability on PROJECT management and Continuous Improvement (CI) / LEAN Manufacturing Mindset.
• You are passionate about the industrial process to manage your activities with suppliers on the field.
• You have good analytical skills and are proficient in problem solving methods.
• You are a team player, open-minded, curious and have an entrepreneurial mindset; a go-get-it and can-do attitude.
