Job description and responsibilities:
Responsibility: Internal Quality Engineer
- Responsible for monitoring of machine adjustment, production process and improvement of production quality in project period;
- Responsible to organize handling, analyzing and tracing the Not OK parts in project period;
- Responsible for the request of special release in project period;
- Responsible for definition of temporary substitute gauge on line;
- Responsible for training for responsible procedure, control plan, boundary catalog and rework work instruction;
- Responsible to train DP foreman and operator in quality and relevant knowledge;
- Responsible for collet and clarify the product boundary catalog;
- Coordinate the CMK and MSA evaluation;
- Responsible for organize the quality complaints, compensation and 8D follow-up to supplier for sample and pre-serial components;
- Responsible for establish the internal process release plan according to the project plan, organize the relate department to conduct the process readiness audit, follow up the action plan;
- Responsible for establish the internal product release plan according to the project plan and organize relate department accomplish the product final internal release;
- Organize the P-FMEA workshop, collect the necessary information, create the P-FMEA via APIS;
- Organize P-FMEA review and make the action plan and follow up accordingly;
- Responsible for create the pre-launch process control plan and organize to review it then distribute and training relate people;
- Support IATF16949 audit (Annual Audit, Customer Audit or others);
- Conduct/facilitate continuous improvement events.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or equivalent work experiences in related field.
- Minimum 3 years work experiences in quality control or quality assurance, automotive manufacturing.
- Leadership, Negotiation and can work under pressure.
- Good in English both written and spoken. CHINESE SPEAKING WILL BE ADVANTAGED.
Skills and competencies:
- Core tools/ TS16949 and ISO9001/ 8D/ Why Why Analysis.
- Quality Method in Quality area and shop floor area.
- System and process auditing know how.
- Good interpersonal skills, negotiation ability, highly leadership skills.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
