Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary ฿20,000 - ฿25,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

- Evaluate the performance of the employees.
- Check the quality of work of employees and analysis of preventive measures.
- Plan, execute, and oversee the inspection of social media tasks being processed by content moderators.
- Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as goals/KPIs.
- Analyze and investigate cases error/ reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines.
- Provide coaching and support to moderators in order to improve the quality score and accuracy on policies, procedures, and moderation processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
- Experience: QA in any related field, Data analysis.
- Skill & Knowledge: Root cause analysis and feedback.
- Good communication skills in Thai and English for supporting language.
- Ability to use MS Office, VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Ability to analyze and present.
