- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำเอกสารต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เปิด PO
- ตรวจสอบ และพิจารณาการสั่งซื้อโดยละเอียด รอบคอบ
- จัดซื้อให้เป็นไปตามนโยบาย และไม่ขัดต่อผลประโยชน์ขององค์กร
- ดูแล จัดการเอกสาร สัญญาต่าง ๆ ในระหว่างจัดซื้อได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- เป็นตัวแทนติดต่อ ประสานงานขององค์กร และผู้ขายสินค้า
- เจรจาติดต่อซื้อขายเพื่อให้ได้สินค้าที่มีคุณภาพ
- ตรวจสอบการรับมอบสินค้า และยืนยันคุณภาพสินค้า
- หากทำโปรแกรม Express ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความขยัน ซื่อสัตย์ อดทน รับผิดชอบต่องานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานด้านอสังหาฯ 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
