5. วิเคระห์ข้อมูลเเหล่งจัดซื้อ เปรียบเทียบ ต่อรอง ราคาผู้ขาย พร้อมทั้งจัดทำรายงานเเละสรุปสาระสำคัญเพื่อเสนอต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
6. จัดการงานจัดซื้อให้เป็นระบบ สามารถค้นหา ตรวจสอบ เเละสรุปสถิติได้
7. ดูเเลจัดเก็บเอกสารได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
8. จัดทำรายงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา หรืออื่นๆที่เกียวข้อง ในงานจัดซื้อทุกประเภท
9. ประมวลผลลงในฐานข้อมูล เพื่อลงในระบบโปรเเกรมสำเร็จรูปของบริษัทฯ
10. งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
