Job Description:
- Research potential new suppliers
- Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
- Ensure all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner
- Coordinate with fitting staff for fitting car accessories and manage their movement
- Responsible for the efficient and effective coordination and administration of procurement and purchasing.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Male or Female, age not over 35 years
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years for purchasing experience.
- High responsibility and can handle pressure.
- Analytical skill, logical thinking, innovative, creative
- Computer literate, proficient with all MS Office application.
- Good command of English skills both written and spoken
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Good knowledge and passion in car and vehicle accessories.
- Good command of English Skill
- Good communication and strong sense of teamwork.
