We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Purchasing Officer/เจ้าหน้าที่จัดซื้อ. For those of you who live in Bangplee and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, HH-Werkzeug (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and able to under a full time & permanent working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from ฿24,000 - ฿45,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job description
- Import & Export coordinator (Forwarding company / Sea, Air, Cross border)
- Follow up order confirmation and monitor shipment from supplier to ensure have enough stock for sell.
- Negotiation with supplier to get best price and best payment term
- Purchase and planning stock.
- Contact with oversea supplier for order and product requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, warehousing, Sales admin and other internal external departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage all operation logistics covering logistics, inventory and purchasing.
- Others jobs assigned by Manager.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experiences in Import & Export and purchase (Must have) / Logistics / Warehouse
- Good command of English and computer literacy Ms Office
- Good interpersonal & good negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and target oriented & good service mind
Education: Bachelor degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business Management or related field (any field)
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehousing, with minimum 1 years’ experience in a warehouse lead / supervisor role
Skills: Good service mind and attitude.
Good at self-management and time management
Able to work both independently and as team
Strong sense of responsibility and willing to coordinate with other related functions to accomplish work or assignment
Good problem solving
Can work under pressure with positive attitude
