The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ฿24,000 - ฿45,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

- Supervise the operation of the production department on a daily basis
- Define methods and procedures for employees to achieve goals
- Control the work and motivate employees to follow the specified procedures
- Track and evaluate the performance against the goals
- Determine methods of solving cases in which the work does not meet the goals with the supervisor
- Coordinate with various departments related
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Aged 37–43 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any related field
- Good command of English
- Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- 2 or more years of experience at the managerial level
- Experienced in production line control in manufacturing
- Experienced in quality control and safety
