Job responsibilities;
– Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
– Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
– Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.
– Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
– Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
– Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
– Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
– Keep paperwork organized. Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff.
– Participation in the company safety and quality activities such as Kaizen, QCC, Hiyari Hatto, Suggestion etc.
Qualification;
– Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Engineering or Science.
– Proven experience as a production planner in Automotive manufacturing minimum 1-2 years.
– Experience in Asprova or APS software will be special consideration.
– Fair command of English
– Possess good planning, organizing and problem-solving skills
– Excellent in MS Excel
– Excellent English communication abilities.
– Can-do attitude with a positive mindset.
– Service mind with detail-oriented.
– Able to work in Thanyaburi.
