Job Description
Production Engineer
- Responsible for process documentation preparation and revision (Flow chart, PFMEA, Control plan, work instruction).
- Analyze manufacturing process flows for the improvement of quality, cost and reduction.
- Produce process documentation and assembly instructions to ensure consistent quality standards are maintained.
- Development and ownership of assembly processes and procedures.
- Support all aspects of pre – production and post-launch production through to project closure.
- Participate in feasibility analysis, project scoping, resource planning and cost estimating providing realistic task duration for schedule/milestone planning.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance and Procurement departments to reduce supplier quality issues.

Quality Engineer
- Ensure product quality meets customer requirements and product guarantee
- Collect the process data and prepare the information in the propose of quality monitoring such as trend, quality record to support the performance monitoring.
- Develop implement and monitor the product quality planning APQP and MSA process audits associated methods/tools
- Verifies product quality and leads team through quality planning activities.
- Perform abnormal incident investigation and 8D report management. Communicates with customers and suppliers in defining and developing quality and new product specification.

Maintenance Engineer
- Root cause analysis for major Breakdown
- Development of standard maintenance practices
- Suggesting and supporting condition monitoring techniques
- Designing maintenance management system
- Suggesting Capability development opportunities in the area of maintenance
- Control the product in the production process in accordance with ISO 9001 and quality purpose.
- Problem solving teams to assure effective corrective actions are implemented.

IT Engineer (Urgent)
- Designing, Selection and realization of automation system, especially systems of the control technology of production plants and their integration in t higher-level system for data analysis, remote monitoring and diagnostics.
- Requirements analysis, definition of specification sheets, implementation conception, Implementation support, test phase and system acceptance.
- Organization of operation, creation of standards, process documentation and work instructions
- Specialist contact for the specialist department for all requirement for IT Soluions.

Requirement
- Bachelor Degree of Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineer with at least 2.50 of GPA
- Good command in English and skillful in MS Office.
