Job Summary
This position is responsible to cost validation and estimate cost of new Tooling and modification cost Progress status of Tooling making and Modification follow project schedule.
Job Description
■ Sourcing activity for Tooling commodity ; verify quotation, negotiation with supplier for Tooling cost
■ Issue SR / PO and related Document for ordering confirmation include delivery follow up
■ On site check tooling at supplier
■ Coordinate with Engineer and R&D for specification of Parts Drawing
■ Process Tooling payment to supplier follow standard process
■ Suppliers sourcing, RFQ, price comparative with quality and negotiation
■ Implement Cost reduction activities by negotiate , re-sourcing , bundling, etc.
■ Support job assignment from management
■ Support activity and comply company policy
Job Specification
■ New graduate or 1-2 years of working experience in procurement function.
■ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
■ Good command of English, able to communicate effectively.
■ Computer literacy especially in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
■ Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration
■ Able to work under pressure, good team player, and good coordination skills.
■ Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage.
