Role And Responsibilities
Purchasing Job
- Handle monthly stock order PO & daily Back Order PO from dealers.
- Process payment to oversea supplier.
- Follow up back order and delivery plan with supplier.
- Prepare photo, information of defective part and raise claim with Suppliers.
- Monitor & Prepare KPI of local & oversea suppliers.
- Contact with department of land transport for engine registration.
Technical information support job
- Support technical information, picture of spare parts etc. to shipping & freight forwarder in order to declare proper H.S.code/ import tax rate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electronic of Automotive or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Automotive or related field in purchasing.
- Knowledge about Automotive technical would be plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in English both written and spoken.
- Able to working at Vibhavadi (Laksri)
