Job Responsibilities:
– New model control and follow new part approval before mass production.
– Source new suppliers of engineering material, machine, equipment, products and services to ensure enough labor supply and delivery on time
– Material cost reduction.
– Evaluation and review of new and existing suppliers both, on-going supplier development
– Set up plan audit and audit supplier process to maintain company standards.
– Control effectively of purchasing schedule that meet with production requirement.
– Responsible for continuous improvement purchasing process.
– Manage supplier and internal concern.
– Follow up delivery part
– Solving material shortage
Qualification
- Bachelor in Engineer or Procurement Engineering field.
- Understanding of sourcing methodologies.
- Proven experience at least 2-3 years in sourcing processes for indirect materials, spare parts, machines, facilities works, services works, general supplies, etc.
- Sourcing experience for various industrials would be a benefit
- Knowledge in ERP system, SAP, Microsoft Office.
