Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary ฿24,000 - ฿45,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

- Engage in all aspects of purchasing, receiving, storing and distribution of goods
- Process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Order (PO) and confirming delivery of goods and
- services. Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
- Search, review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options. Conduct negotiations and
- recommend supplier selection. Responsible for ongoing execution of purchasing strategy and activity,
- to ensure optimal supplier performance and price
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Engage with departmental representative regarding procurement and tendering processes and
- ensure processes are understood and best practices adhered to. Work alongside the management
- team in contributing to overall business objectives.
- Support with document processing in relation to accounting and finance duty. Including but not limited
- to: voucher preparation, document filing, validation of information and etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields
- Excellent written and communication skills in English is a must
- At least 1-3 years’ working experiences in Procurement, Purchasing or relevant position, with relevant
- experience in dealing with accounting and finance.
- Pro-Active, Self-motivated, and be a good team player with strong internal personal skills
- Strong computer literacy, especially in MS Excel and MS Power Point
