- Analyse and combine reliability data from difference business/ process.
- Correlates data for analysis using well-defined engineering techniques and procedures.
- Involve in design and installation stages for new & modification of process/ machinery to ensure the reliability and maintainability.
- Initiates engineering studies and design of experiment into equipment/ process failures and prepare analysis details for improvement.
- Works with Operations to perform analyses including Machine Utilization, Overall Equipment effectiveness (OEE) and other parameters that define operating condition, reliability and costs.
- Develops engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that affect operation, such as capacity, quality, cost, safety of regulatory compliance issues
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematic or similar field; a Certified Reliability Engineer is a plus
- Knowledge in reliability engineering and analytic tool (Hands-on experience preferred)
- Great numerical and problem-solving skills
- Well organized, with excellent interpersonal & communication skill
- Logical thinking and organizational skills
- Knowledge with Software such as Auto CAD, Microsoft Power Bi, etc is a plus.
