Responsibilities:

  • Completes projects by assigning work to whom it may concern and following up on results.
  • Assist the Management to manage projects across the board in the different activities of the Department.
  • Enhances effectiveness by providing information management support.
  • Coordinate with other departments and external parties.
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  • Maintains Management confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • If you can communicate in Chinese will be specially considered.
  • Detail-oriented, punctilious, can meet deadlines.
  • Good skills with MS office applications like Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills and service-minded.
  • Able to travel with EVP
