We are looking for a reliable Personal Assistant, who will undertake administrative tasks to provide leadership support and keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Personal Assistant to Managing Director
- Travel planning for Managing Director and Technical Manager, etc.
- Providing email support related to Managing Director
- Maintaining and replacing office equipment
- Tracking office inventory supplies of office and orders when necessary
- Taking minutes if required
- Preparing presentations/proposals if assigned
- Arranging both internal and external events
- Office admin tasks, in particular payment, invoicing process, travel planning, etc.
- Support on HR tasks, like hours and OT recording
- Providing administration support to the service department and senior management
- Support on Company and Business License tasks, BOI, and Facility Management tasks, as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in administrative services or related fields
- Excellent communication in Thai and English and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow through and respect deadlines
- A self-starter, an independent worker, and able to work as part of a team
- Good service mind and ability to work under pressure
- Experience with BOI and Free Zone is an advantage
- Computer skill in Microsoft Office and ERP software is a plus
