Responsibilities;
– ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการบันทึกบัญชีสำหรับค่าสินค้า บริการที่จ่ายให้กับเจ้าหนี้ของบริษัท และตรวจสอบการจ่ายค่าเช่าผ่านระบบบันทึกบัญชีอัตโนมัติ (Recurring)
– ตรวจสอบเอกสารการจ่าย บันทึกบัญชี ที่เกี่ยวข้อง สำหรับการจ่ายเงินเป็นเงินตราต่างประเทศ ให้ถูกต้องตามสัญญา และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
– ดูแลและตรวจสอบการบันทึกบัญชี เอกสารการจ่ายเงินต่างประเทศให้กับคู่ค้าและพนักงาน เพื่อให้บัญชีเจ้าหนี้ของบริษัทเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง ตามกฎระเบียบ คำสั่งของบริษัทฯ เงื่อนไขที่ได้ตกลงไว้ กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง มาตรฐานการบัญชี นโยบาย กลยุทธ์ และแนวทางของบริษัทฯ
– ติดตาม ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการบันทึกบัญชี เอกสารประกอบการบันทึกบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ จัดทำรายการปรับปรุงและประสานงานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อบันทึกบัญชีให้ถูกต้องและทันรอบการปิดบัญชีประจำงวด เช่น การ Revalue เงินตราต่างประเทศ การบันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายค้างจ่าย (Accrued)
– ดูแล Update ฐานข้อมูลในระบบ e PAYMENT และตรวจสอบข้อมูลเจ้าหนี้ในระบบ SAP ประสานงานกับผู้แลระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ระบบ SRM
– จัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์ค่าใช้จ่ายให้กับผู้จัดการแผนกต่างๆ เพื่อให้แต่ละแผนกสามารถบริหารงบประมาณของตนได้ตรงตามความคาดหมาย
– จัดทำและ Update คู่มือปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นปัจจุบัน เสนอแนะปรับปรุงระบบงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน การจ่ายเงิน การหักภาษี และมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาระบบงานให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายและแผนงาน
– จัดทำ KPI, และจัดทำแนวปฺฎิบัติงานที่รองรับความเสี่ยงส่วนงาน สอดคล้องกับทิศทางและเป้าหมายสายงาน
– ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพร้อมนำเสนอ ด้านข้อหารือของกรมสรรพากรที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่องาน เพื่อผู้เกี่ยวข้องได้ใช้เป็นแนวทางในการปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างถูกต้อง
– ปริญญาตรีทางบัญชี ด้านการบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
– ประสบการณ์ทางด้านบัญชี 1 – 2 ปี มีความรู้เรื่องมาตรฐานบัญชี และการเงินรับ- จ่าย
– ความรู้ทางด้านมาตรฐานบัญชี, ทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษ, การใช้งานโปรแกรม SAP
