We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ฿24,000 - ฿45,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

- Developing and implementing Sourcing and Purchasing strategies
- Support all functions in Sourcing and Purchasing new alternative supplier for any required items in floor & wall tiles categories
- Sourcing and develop new items and suppliers from overseas according to requested
- Manage supplier and negotiate contracts, prices, lead time, quality, service etc.
- Handle and monitor the claim to suppliers for defectives, shortage or any problems.
- Generate Cost Reduction Idea and Follow up
- Analyze and Benchmark Cost Break Down
- Solve and Clear Problem in Sourcing and Purchasing Job
- Coach and manage team to work effectively
- Create Strategy and report Progress/Result direct to VP
- Other works assigned by Head / Company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in business administration or any related field
- Minimum 10 years’ work experience in Sourcing and Purchasing.
- Good command of English and Chinese with communication level.
- Able to work multi-tasking with fast pace environment and work under pressure.
- Can do attitude, strong communication skills, interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage relationships with suppliers and teams
- Highly motivated, proactive style, and always want to develop themselves.
- Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
- Positive Thinking, Service mind support cross functional teams.
- Oversea Sourcing and Purchasing, Incoterm, Customs Clearance knowledge.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experiences in Tiles products is a plus.
