We are hiring for the position of Outbound Customer Service Staff with full time & permanent working hours for our company office, OOCL (Thailand) Ltd., for residents of Wattana and its neighboring areas.

Our company provides a competitive salary range of ฿24,000 - ฿45,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

Responsibilities:
- Booking acceptance, amendment and vessel clean-up.
- Tele-communication, email correspondence and problem solving on day to day basis.
- Monitor vessel space allocation.
- Core center to lias all working related or problem solving among cross function department as well as customer’s requirement.
- Weekly schedule timely update
Qualifications:
- Education background in International Business or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in shipping industry, sea transportation or export/import cargo.
- Good command of English communication.
- Good command of IT, computer, applications and e-commerce.
- Strong service-minded/interpersonal, proactive and good teamwork.
- Adaptable to changes and able to handle multi-task with well time management.
