We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ฿24,000 - ฿45,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Organization Development
- Re-process or shorten process due to the company’s request.
- Be a part of competency project.
- Be a part of succession plan’s project, communicate, and launch.
- Manage OD activity budget.
Engagement & Activity
- Implement Engagement survey every others year.
- Enhance the company’s engagement level
- Come up with new activity to get all participants involved
- Initiate new activates to be suited with our people
Communication
- Be a center of internal communication and relay messages to all employees.
- Plan and organize the effective communications of all HR policies to employees
- Initiate new way of communication to enhance the engagement of our employees
- Make sure that all the communication are reached for all participants.
- Design the questionnaire and analyst the results of Employee Engagement to come up with engagement plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experiences in HROD
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Analytical skills on employee data
- Flexible enough to work alone with limited budget and timeline
- Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Efficient communication and presentation skills
