We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.
We are offering a salary of ฿24,000 - ฿45,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. |Type of Work
- Ensure daily execution of operational duties including but not limited to processing buy and sell orders of various cryptocurrencies, account verifications, and overall customer care
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding trading, digital asset transfers , and other general cryptocurrency-related questions on a daily basic using the company’s CRM tool; ability to talk about the company’s products and service mind
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Collaborate with the product, marketing, engineering and legal teams to improve company’s products: identify opportunities to optimize customer experience to increase customer satisfaction
- Capable of handling large volumes of customer inquiries and trade orders with great attention to details
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Fluent in spoken and written Thai
- BA / BE degree or equivalent practical experience
- A proven track record delivering results and driving your own projects
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs f a rapidly growing company
- Passionate to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems and build scalable processes
- Able to work as a shift and rotation
Nice to Have
- Experience in any of the following industries: Banking, Online Payments, Cryptocurrency, Exchanges, Trading, or Market
- 1 years of experience in Operation or Customer support position
- Work experience in a high growth startup or tech company
