What’s your role in the team?
As Online Marketing (Engagement CRM) – Associate, you will be a key part of the online marketing team comprising Engagement Marketing. You will be responsible for:

Schedule engagement communications (Push, Email, In-app Message) using Braze

Coordinate & Plan campaign communications with Campaign team
-
Brief the key message and direction of the campaigns and be able to feedback on the artwork and final copies
-
Strategically analyze data and plan for a more effective campaign to engage users and uplift the traffic
-
Work directly with both offline and online teams to plan communication strategy as well as execution for Pomelo LINE Official Account.

Collaborate cross functionally with different team across Pomelo (Campaign, Creative, Data Science, Tech, BI and more)
Who’re we looking for?

Bachelor’ s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or related field, new grads are also welcome.

Experienced in digital marketing, understanding key metrics, such as, open-rate, click-through-rate, conversion rate, etc. will be a big plus!

Creative thinker with Data-driven mindset

Passionate about fashion and Pomelo!

Demonstrated ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
