Duties / Responsibilities
- ดำเนินงานด้านการแก้ไขปัญหาและการบริการต่างๆ แก่ผู้ใช้งานระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศภายในบริษัท
- วิเคราะห์และจำแนกปัญหาและการบริการต่างๆ รวมถึงประสานงานไปยังส่วนงานต่างๆ ภายในฝ่ายเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศองค์กร เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและการบริการต่างๆ ของระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
- ดำเนินการติดตั้ง ปรับปรุง ให้คำแนะนำการใช้งานระบบต่างๆ ที่ใช้งานภายในบริษัทฯ ตามนโยบายมาตรฐานต่างๆ และกฏระเบียบของบริษัท เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ออกแบบและจัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ประเภทต่างๆ เพื่อให้ความรู้ ด้านระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศทั่วไป แก่พนักงานภายในบริษัท
- ดำเนินงานด้านเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติงานในการแก้ไขปัญหาและการบริการต่างๆ ของระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
- ดำเนินการและรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานโครงการหรือแผนงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา รวมถึงผู้ให้บริการภายนอก เพื่อให้ตรงต่อเวลา คุ้มค่ากับงบประมาณและบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบสารสนเทศได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร และการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน และมีใจรักบริการ
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ (TOEIC 550) ในระดับดี
