– รวบรวมและตรวจสอบเอกสาร Copy, Original ที่ใช้ในการเคลียร์สินค้า
– ประสานงานกับบริษัท Shipping, ตัวแทนขนส่ง, บริษัทประกันภัย และผู้ให้บริการนาเข้าอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในการนาเข้าสินค้า
– จัดทาเบิกค่าใช้จ่ายภาษี / ค่าใช้จ่ายในการขอเอกสารกับทางเรือ, สายการบิน
– ติดตาม update status ของสินค้ากับหน่วยงานขนส่งสินค้า และสื่อสารต่อให้กับทางผู้ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องรับทราบ
– ตรวจสอบสิทธิพิเศษทางภาษี สาหรับการนาเข้าสินค้าแต่ละประเภท
– เคลียร์สินค้าภายในระยะเวลาที่กาหนดเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยง Demurrage charge
– แจ้งนาเข้าสินค้า ไปยังสถานที่จัดเก็บ เพื่อจัดเตรียมกาลังคน และสถานที่จัดเก็บ
คุณสมบัติ
– ไม่จำกัดเพศ
– มีประสบการณ์ด้านการนำเข้าสินค้า/ประกันภัย/Shipping อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
– จบปริญญาตรี ด้านLogistic /ห่วงโซ่อุปทาน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
– ทักษะทางด้านภาษาอังกฤษดี พูดอ่านเขียนได้
