Job Responsibilities:
- Delivers the operating plan: achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and/or key customers.
- Manage project within timeline from concept to NPD launch; market validation, concept development, product development, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, support relevant information, product training, and product quality control
- Conduct consumer studies, analyze and provide recommendations
- Monitor project delivery and control product development budget
- Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders
- Work closely with functional teams for product development and launches
- Execute and find OEM/ ODM supplier including packaging solutions with the best practice in packaging project management
- Work effectively with supplier and manufacturing to assure the timely creation of functional specification, development, strong relationship, communication effectively to manage & deliver projects working with brand managers, product development, supply management, supply chain, manufacturing, suppliers, and packaging colleagues in other categories /region
- Current product improvement to meet the current and potential needs of consumers and compete in industry
- Center of product information including creating and supporting relevant NPD product information, document and product training
- Prepare and analyze NPD post-launch evaluation
- Market movement and market trend analysis
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in science chemistry or marketing or any related business field
- 3-5 years experiences in product development, preferably in FMCG / Skincare / Personal Care business.
- Strong experienced in project management, product development, NPD launching and understanding the customer insight
- Objective and result oriented and able to work under pressure
- Creative, analytical, presentation and logical thinking skills
- Good communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, positive (can-do) attitude and team player with proactive working style
- Passionate in innovation and creativity
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
