1.ผู้จัดการฝ่ายจัดซื้อสินค้าเข้าเพื่อขาย (นำเข้า)
รายละเอียดงาน
- บริหารและวิเคราะห์ยอดขายให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย บริหารผลกำไรให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย สรุปรายงานยอดขายและกำไร
- ทำการ Sourcing สินค้าใหม่และผู้ค้ารายใหม่ที่เหมาะสมทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศร่วมถึงการทำสัญญาคู่ค้าพัฒนาสินค้าใหม่
- วิเคราะห์สินค้า กำหนดแผนพัฒนาสินค้าใหม่ ทำการสำรวจตลาดเพื่อวิเคราะห์คู่แข่ง ตรวจเยี่ยมสาขาเพื่อความเรียบร้อย
- วางเเผน / จัดการ / แก้ไข้ปัญหา และพัฒนาทีมงาน
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการค้าปลีกหรือการค้าระหว่างประเทศอย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
2.เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสจัดซื้อสินค้าเข้าเพื่อขาย (นำเข้า)
รายละเอียดงาน
- จัดเตรียมข้อมูลสำคัญต่างๆ สำหรับการเตรียมตัวเดิน Sourcing สินค้าต่างประเทศ
- ทำ Sourcing Supplier และสินค้าใหม่ในประเทศ ในสินค้า Furniture & Accessories
- รวบรวมข้อมูลสินค้าใหม่ติดต่อ Supplier เพื่อขอรายละเอียดสินค้ารวมถึงตัวสินค้าเพื่อพิจารณาในการสั่งซื้อสินค้า
- เปรียบเทียบข้อมูลราคาสินค้า ทำการต่อรองราคา และรายละเอียดต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสั่งซื้อเพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดแก่บริษัท
- ดำเนินการติดต่อประสานงานเพื่อนำเข้าสินค้าจากต่างประเทศ รวมถึงตรวจสอบเอกสารต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง ให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน
- สร้างข้อมูลรายละเอียด Supplier Profile เพื่อเป็นฐานข้อมูลในระบบ
- สร้างฐานข้อมูลรายละเอียดสินค้าในระบบ และใน Quote Sheet เพื่อเป็นฐานข้อมูลให้แก่หน่วยงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ทำการสำรวจตลาด เพื่อติดตามความเคลื่อนไหวในตลาดและคู่แข่งทางการค้า
- ทำการ Review Sale & Stock ในทุกๆ 2 สัปดาห์เพื่อทำการ Allocate สินค้าให้อยู่ใน Location ที่เหมาะสมพร้อมทั้ง Replinishment สินค้าให้เพียงพอต่อลูกค้า
- ทำการกระจายสินค้าไปยังสาขาต่างๆเพื่อความเหมาะสม
- ดำเนินการติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องภายในองค์กร
- ทำการคัดเลือกสินค้าเพื่อจัดโปรโมชั่นสินค้าส่วนลดพิเศษในระบบตาม Marketing plan
- ติดตามผม QC Report and NCR เพื่อทราบผลของคุณภาพสินค้าที่นำเข้าร่วมถึงหากพบปัญหาในการดำเนินงานแจ้ง Supplier และแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับทางทีม QC
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการค้าปลีกหรือการค้าระหว่าประเทศอย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
