We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Mechanical Asst Manager. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ฿24,000 - ฿45,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

1.To improve reliability of the ageing mechanical equipment in a plant that handles various hazardous chemicals and is corrosive in nature is difficult
2.To perform maintenance activities in a continuous operational plant and timely completion of shut down activities within budgeted costs to achieve company targets
3.To ensure safe operation of mechanical equipment by conduct PSM, Quality Systems Implementation like ISO, OHSAS, and ICS for mechanical
4.To review PM schedule and support subordinates to complete PM through SAP in time and with quality for the Utility, ETP & Tank Farm section
5.To improve the reliability of the mechanical equipment of the entire plant
6.To review the schedule in consultation with process requirements and take necessary actions
7.To ensure timely implementation of maintenance activities, reduce PM slippage, reduce MTTR and Increase MTBF
8.To coordinate outsourced jobs or with suppliers for PM & CM jobs, inspection work, shutdown work and abnormalities and take corrective actions for their elimination
9.To report and record the condition of equipment and inform HOD for corrective actions if required
