Job Objective
Responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans to meet the company’s operations goals for 2 Wheel business.
Job Description and responsibilities
– Prepare, plan, and manage marketing activity projects and evaluate their success
– Deliver smooth operations of marketing activation both online and offline
– Develop competitor and customer insights and identify opportunities/ customers/ prospects to support growth ambition
– Play an active role (working with external partner and agencies) in ensuring flawless execution especially on-site execution across all sites on marketing activities and campaigns
– Intervene when planned timelines are not being met, provide update on plan performance, and resolve under-performance when necessary
– Develop, analyze, and present primary research activities
– Support and work within the production and admin teams in the day-to-day operations of the company
– Work within agreed timescales
Job requirements
– Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or having experiences in related field.
– At least 3 years of working experience in marketing or sales function
(Experienced in automotive or B2B business is an advantage)
– Knowledge and awareness in the EV industry
– Fluent in Thai and English (Chinese is bonus)
– Creativity
– Excellence in communication
– Capability of prioritizing and managing responsibilities
Other Personal Attributes
– Experienceก in automotives industry is a plus
– A great communicator both Thai and English (Chinese is bonus)
– Passion in the EV industry
– A strong team player
– A customer centricity with deeply understand and care about customer
– Never stop having creativity to go beyond and always challenge the status quo
– Ability to travel domestic and abroad to see clients, explore new markets and attend conventions
