We are looking for a marketing leader to increase leads and sales with inbound marketing. This position will be the primary driver of marketing, and will have significant responsibility in devising and executing all marketing campaigns. This role will be supported by the founder and an outside marketing strategist (fractional CMO) who have set clear outcomes for the business.

Our clients are primarily English-speaking expats, so most of our marketing is done in English. Therefore, a high level of spoken and written business English is required, and study or work experience abroad is highly recommended.Our current content includes blog articles, case studies, videos, webinars, and live events. We promote our content through Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and direct mail campaigns.

CORE REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years of work experience in marketing


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Market Research – Research competitors, identify content opportunities, monitor Google Trends, and share recommendations with our freelance writers.
  • Campaign Management – Manage all marketing and website activities, follow up with responsible parties, and make sure projects are completed on time.
  • Campaign Optimization – Review analytics for all content, SEO, and advertising campaigns daily/weekly, identify issues/opportunities, and propose improvements.
  • Event Planning – Organize webinars and live Q&A sessions, which involves pulling together presentations, coordinating with team members, and promoting the events.
  • CRM Management – Ensure the leads that are captured are properly tagged/categorized in the CRM, set up email campaigns, monitor results, and optimize.
  • Vendor Management – Coordinate with vendors related to marketing, which might include website vendors, freelancers, etc.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

  • Leveraging existing content and creating new offers that our prospects will find valuable. This means having a desire to understand the pains and challenges of expats in Thailand.
  • Coordinating with subject matter experts on the team and with freelance writers to publish new blog articles and site content.
  • Creating and optimizing email campaigns with the primary goal of booking discovery meetings.
  • Becoming a Zoho marketing automation expert and keeping up with software updates and best practices.
  • Improving and setting up sales funnels on our site and with Zoho. You don’t need to be a programmer, but you need to become proficient with the click-to-build features. We will get you started, but you’ll need to put in the time to understand our tools.
  • Creating graphics in Canva (or similar) for blog articles and social media. For less time-sensitive projects, you may also work with a freelance designer.

  • Results oriented. If you don’t produce results, you’re not likely a fit for our team. This means generating revenue for our business.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized. You must be able to back up your marketing skills with metrics week to week. 
  • Passionate about digital marketing and inbound marketing.
  • Knowledgeable about major social media platforms with a basic understanding of search engine optimization.
  • Desire to learn on your own and keep up with inbound marketing and digital marketing developments and best practices.
  • Extremely tech savvy and proficient in online apps and tools.
  • Tenacious belief in hitting deadlines and meeting commitments.
