Job Description
District Marketing Executive will take care of dealership, being contact person which covers area of field marketing, dealer inquiries, dealer claim payment and local marketing plan activities, marketing operations and admin, good communication skill with constructive attitude are essential for candidate.
Responsibility
- Responsible for field marketing, dealer inquires, dealer marketing claim payments and local marketing, marketing plan, roadshow and local event.
- Being a contact person of dealers to support dealer marketing operations, manage marketing fund control budget and track the utilization of each individual dealer.
- Responsible of national marketing team and dealer local marketing and work with regional marketing team based in Singapore.
- Collect and review dealer’s claim documents and invoices.
- Visit dealers.
- Connect with dealers for local marketing plan including marketing training to dealers’ marketing staff.
- In charge of marketing-items logistics from Headquarter office to dealership.
- Consolidate report and keeping up to date of dealers contact etc.
- Support overall management of all events and other assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 2-3 years experience in marketing familiar with marketing operations, sales admin, customer service or experienced in on field marketing or others related field.
- Understanding of working environment with business partner, dealership and B2B.
- Enjoy working with colleagues, media agencies and business partners.
- Proactive and self-driven with strong judgment skills and excellent time management.
- Computer literacy, strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint presentation.
- Good in English communication skill.
- Process a driving license and able to travel up-country when needed.
