Our company BTS Group Holdings PCL (BTSG) is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Jatuchak and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Degree and experienced in the field of , as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of marketing campaign (assistant - manager) and be able to work in full time & permanent system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ฿24,000 - ฿45,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Responsibilities :
- Initiate and manage marketing campaign including advertising, media, promotion, communication, event and overall marketing plan to align with key prioritizes and initiatives.
- Develop marketing strategies, objective, and action plan of the subscription project.
- Develop partnership with business partner to encourage a win – win relationship which results in the achievement of company and the partnership objectives.
- Oversee all communication, public relation, and promotional activities.
- Selected to support Brand and marketing strategy.
- Communicate on a regular basis with all relevant stakeholders to ensure all efforts are fully synced up.
- Formulate and execute public relations and media relations strategy, and plan (timeline, deliverables, outcomes, and budget) to ensure alignment with business directions, goals, and branding strategy.
- Consolidate systematic retargeting plan with integrated media to successfully acquire new users and retain existing users.
- Measure, report and evaluate the effectiveness of all digital marketing.
- Investments versus to its goals (ROI and KPIs), to enhance media performance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in commercial marketing or related field
- Familiarity with startup environments
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both English & Thai in speaking, reading, and writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
