หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ :
- สนับสนุนงาน ติดตาม และดูแล Benefit and Welfare อาทิ การแจ้งชื่อเข้ากองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ การทำประกันชีวิต ประกันสังคม
- ประสานงาน และช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกในขั้นตอนการรับผู้บริหารเข้าใหม่ อาทิ นัดหมายการตรวจร่างกาย จัดหาสถานที่ทำงาน เครื่องมืออุปกรณ์ในการทำงาน เครื่องใช้สำนักงาน ทรัพย์สินโรงพยาบาลที่ได้รับตามสิทธิ์ และจัดทำข้อมูลผู้บริหารเข้าใหม่ในระบบของโรงพยาบาล
- ประสานงานในการจัดทำสัญญา ต่อสัญญาระดับผู้บริหาร
- สนับสนุนงานของฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลในส่วนของ HR Shared Service โดยการให้ข้อมูลและ ประสานงานในการตอบปัญหาพนักงาน
- ดูแลในส่วนของโทษทางวินัยของพนักงาน
- สนับสนุนและจัดทำข้อมูลด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และงาน Project ของฝ่าย
คุณสมบัติ :
- ปริญญาตรี บริหารงานทรัพยากรบุคคล รัฐศาสตร์ หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้านงานสวัสดิการ อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีความรู้เรื่องกฎหมายแรงงาน
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ เพื่อการสื่อสารกับผู้รับบริการทั้งทักษะการฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ได้ดี
Overall Position Purpose: This position is responsible for providing telecommunications service of Telephone/ Fax of international & domestic calls for both of internal & external customers
