Job Scope
The Business Development Manager is responsible to manage the business development opportunity as well as evaluate the new businesses in Energy Technology business in order to drive the business growth toward company objectives with corporate strategy alignment.
Job Scope
- Explore, analyze, plan and identify new opportunities in energy Technology alight with Banpu NEXT strategy.
- Proactively seek new opportunities, set up and manage business transaction, due diligence process and execution.
- Responsible for the market research of new energy technology for the nation, collect and analyze the information of market opportunity.
- Explore a market for merging and acquisition opportunities.
- Prepare business plan and investment analysis for internal investment decisions.
- Be focal point across functions on overall project development activities, strategy, planning in a wide perspective.
- Conduct the financial model and preliminary feasibility analysis on any new opportunity and current project development.
- Initiate and develop the project by analyzing stakeholders’ needs and goals, providing strategies, and enhancing the partnership with external parties including Government, Business Partner, Shareholder, Contractor, Consultant to achieve the purpose and ensure project development smoothly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting business partners.
- Develop, negotiate with external parties on related project documents and agreements to execute the project.
- Responsible for dealing with any business partner complaint issue related to company products to improve business partner satisfaction.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Responsible for other assigned tasks
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or other related fields
- 15 years of experience in business development /project management role and at least 5 years in new S-curve technology e.g., Data Center (as priority) and any new tech i.e., Carbon Credit, Hydrogen green energy, or Battery recycling or related new technologies ecosystem.
- Strong direct key account management and distribution sales experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinking and planning with strong commercial acumen
- Good computer literacy, excellent English verbal & reading/ written communications
- Good skills in communications, contract negotiation and presentation to business partners and management
- Fluency of spoken & written English (Minimum TOEIC Score 700)
