YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule and spare part management, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively
- Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime
- Ensure the projects/ Job request in FAM are implemented effective execute and monitor contractor and/or sub-contractor in responsible projects and taking immediate steps to overcome non-performance or other difficulties.
- Monitor the progress and completion of maintenance tasks with ensuring good performance and record on appropriated tracking system including document controlling.
- Prepare and forecasts the annual budget for maintenance and all CAPEX. Manage the budget from Preparation phase to completion of the projects.
- Develop and maintain the relationships with internal and external stockholder to ensure optimal performance for the maintenance program.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal codes and regulations.
- Responsible and accountable for HSE & PPS
- Process Hazard Assessment (PHA)
- P&ID and document control
- Process Control Technology (PCT)
- Machinery Safety Assessment (MSA)
- PPS Maintainer fulfills the operational PPS function for a site or plant. PPS Maintainer role is according describing in the Corporate Directive No.2049 Process & Plant Safety.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (Instrument, Electrical, Industrial and Chemical) or related field.
- Experience in Maintenance Management
- TOPPS Training Level 4: PPS Maintainer
- DCS and Digitalization including IT/OT
- Training in Management System (ISO14001 , OHSAS18001)
- Internal auditor training
- Training in Safety Officer Program
- Training in Energy Conservation Program
- Excellent communication skills; customer focus; ability to deal with ambiguity and conflicts
- Requirements Analysis, Design Skills, Project Management, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Process Improvement, Technical Understanding, Documentation Skills, Safety Management, Supervision, CAD.
