We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Maintenance Specialist/ผู้ชำนาญพิเศษฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุง. For those of you who live in Ayutthaya and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, CHEP (Thailand) Ltd., and able to under a full time & permanent working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from ฿24,000 - ฿45,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Position Purpose :
Maintenance specialists conduct preventive and repair maintenance, inspect defective lines and components. A maintenance specialist must have excellent knowledge of the technology industry, especially when assisting the end-users with their concerns and inquiries.
Major/Key Accountabilities
• Monitor / update Machine – Equipment list – Machine layout
• PM (Preventive maintenance) Control
Cooperate Service center (Operations team) on achieved PM schedule
Cooperate Supplier on achieved PM schedule
• BM (Breakdown maintenance) Control (monitoring Repair request control (Receive – filing – monitoring – follow up -cooperate- advise concerns)
Cooperate/Follow up Supplier-Operation on repairing process within timeline
Conduct repairing component/equipment in scope assignment
• Spare part control (Stock, fulfilment, Withdrawal, disposal (Write off) activity
• Cooperate CHEP internal (Operations, Procurement, FA) – External on any requirement support concerns
• Cooperate outside CHEP (Vendor/Supplier)
• Record/Control documentation of maintenance (Repair request, Downtime, Spare part stock, suppliers/Vendor/Maker list)
• MTBF (Mean time between failure) – MTTR (Meantime to repair) monitored & control within target.
• Equipment/machine receiving/acceptance technical support
• Support/Conduct machine/Equipment project/work task improvements
Qualifications

Graduated (Mechanical/Electrical)
- Team leader
- Productions factory
- Experience with maintenance concerns more 3 years
- Experience with maintenance system(PM, BM, or predictive Maintenance, program application) is preferred.
Skills and Knowledge
- Safety knowledge
- Pneumatic, PLC, CAD, Maintenance application, are preferred
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
