Responsibilities:
We are looking for a maintenance Manager to help us keep our factory running
Assist in repair CNC & other machines and ensure they are operating properly.
Help with Building- & production-line improvements
Your primary responsibilities will be to perform break down maintenance and preventive maintenance & improvement maintenance on various devices and fix technical issues.
Excellent problem-solving skills and deep understanding of mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics are crucial to this role
If you are not hands on, then no need to reply, we are looking for a technical person who know how to fix things by him & manage the small local maintenance team
Requirements:
- Physically capable
- No 9 to 5 mentality, the factory needs to keep running.
- Must have a hands-on & we “fix it properly” mentality.
- Experience in a similar function is a must 5 years up.
- Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatical & electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Good understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and management skills .
- Speak proper English so communication with management can be done.
- Able to work in a multicultural company.
- Must be well- organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Understanding of quality systems.
