Job Description
1. Key contact to support all maintenance activities of both machine/equipment such as conveyor system or sorting automation system etc. and warehouse facility for all HUBs
2. Analyze and verify machine problems for finding out root cause, preventive solution or proactive maintenance to minimize machine downtime
3. Control and improve preventive maintenance activity in order to ensure that all machine and warehouse facility will be achieved and covered as plan and align to existing/future man hour and tools
4. Build and improve maintenance system in order to help managing all maintenance tasks, manpower and inventory of tools and spare part
5. Collect and summarize all result and data of all maintenance activities to report to superior position such as machine downtime conclusion or preventive maintenance achievement etc.
6. Help Mechanical and Electrical Engineer consider about maintenance scope of all new machine/equipment or warehouse facility such as troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and spare part etc.
7. Initial using new method or technology for more efficiency maintenance management eg. CMMS
Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic or related field
– At least 4-6 years work experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
– Minimum 2 years for maintenance system set up and control.
– Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in setting up and repairing of machine eg. conveyor and automation system and utility system
– Having knowledge about PLC, HMI, Servo drive, SCADA/WCS system
– Experience in working with ISO/Safety standard : ISO9001, ISO12100.
– Able to use AutoCAD software
– Excellent facing and internal communication skills, written, verbal and able to communicate well in Englislh
