- Managing and organizing import and export shipments
- Coordinate with Sales, logistics partners, and customers to follow up the order and achieve customer requirement until completed process and shipped under delivery schedule.
- Coordinate with Government Departments for applying all kinds of logistics licenses
- Provide an import and export shipping documents (Customs Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origins, etc.)
- Handle import & export EDI Paperless, shipping and customs clearance
- Verifying cost in transportation, courier, shipping, customs clearance together with choose the right logistics partners
- Responsible for the efficient and effective coordination and administration of transportation and freight activities
- Follow up orders and delivery schedule
- Organize and update information in database
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in related field
- High responsibility and can handle pressure.
- Analytical skill, logical thinking, innovative, creative
- Computer literate, proficient with all MS Office application.
- Good command of English skills both written and spoken
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
- 2-3 years experienced in Logistics and shipping
Based in ฺBTS Udomsuk / Udomsuk
Working Hour: 9.00 – 18.00
