However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Required Experience and Skill include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business ,Hospitality or related filed.
- 3-5 years experiences in assisting the management of hotel training function.
- Presentation and communication skills in English and Thai fluently both of written and spoken,
- Knowledge of training skills and familiarity with Microsoft office software and some add-up media application for processing poster or announcement.
- Interaction and relationship building with people.
- Good skill of organization.
What you will be doing:
- Plan, Manage. Monitor, coordinate and conduct all training session.
- Invent and implement Training Qualification Control system
- In charge of all training report submission, tracking the result and follow up the Heads of Department about Key to Success Training as well as required external training.
- Direct report to Talent and Culture Manager on day-to-day training elements.
- In charge of the recruitment or local and International talents as well as internship program.
