Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Land Acquisition Manager/Land Acquisition Manager. The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ฿24,000 - ฿45,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก
1.การสรรหาที่ดิน เพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์ ความเป็นไปได้ในการพัฒนาโครงการ
2.ศึกษาศักยภาพของที่ดิน พร้อมที่วิเคราะห์ทำเลที่ตั้ง ในแง่ของผังเมือง กฎหมายการก่อสร้างอาคารเบื้องต้น เพื่อสรุปความเป็นไปได้ในการซื้อที่ดิน
3.ศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ทางการตลาด วิเคราะห์คู่แข่ง ตลาด และรูปแบบของโครงการ เพื่อการตั้งราคาที่เหมาะสมต่อ Product
4.ตรวจสอบผังโครงการเบื้องต้น ผังห้อง ในแง่ของ Function การใช้งานและความเหมาะสม เพื่อสอดคล้อง กับ Product
5.ตรวจสอบสรุปค่าตัวเลขต่างๆ เพื่อนำมาประเมิน Feasibility เช่น จำนวนห้อง ขนาดห้อง จำนวนที่จอดรถ พื้นที่สีเขียว ส่วนกลางต่างๆ
6.การกำหนด Project concept โครงการ เพื่อประสานงานต่อผู้ออกแบบ และผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง
7.การวาง Budget โครงการเบื้องต้น เพื่อประมาณการต้นทุนร่วมกับฝ่ายก่อสร้าง
8.Support ข้อมูลต่างๆ ให้กับทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตลอดจนประสานงานจนโครงการดำเนินการพัฒนา
9.งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติประจำตำแหน่ง
1.วุฒิการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี สาขาสถาปัตยกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2.ประสบการณ์การทำงาน : มีประสบการณ์ในงานอสังหาริมทรัพย์ (Real estate development ) มากกว่า 5 ปี เท่านั้น
3.คุณสมบัติอื่นๆ ที่จำเป็น : มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ในการติดต่อประสานงาน มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการทำงาน มีทักษะในการวางแผน และการวิเคราะห์
