We are looking for a passionate and driven new graduate to join our Business Development team as a Junior Analystwho will help the team find new opportunities, build business plans, and drive growth initiatives.
Job Description
1. Conduct primary and secondary research to gather relevant data for strategic analysis (E.g. market size & growth, competitive landscape, economic trend, customer insights)
2. Gather and analyze data to evaluate business performance
3. Create and analyze a variety of models – E.g. financial modelling, market modelling
4. Support team on drafting business plans and feasibility analysis documents & presentations
5. Work with external teams (E.g. CEO office, marketing) and potential partners to drive business opportunities
6. Follow up and generate report on project progress and targets
Qualification
1. Bachelor or master’s degree (Economics, Finance, Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred)
2. 0-3 years of work experience
3. Eager to learn and work in fast-pace environment
4. Logical and analytical mind with strong numerical skills
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills
6. Team player – work well with others
7. Creative and good problem solver
8. Able to add insights to research
9. Able to compile, organize and analyze data from a variety of qualitative and quantitative sources
10. Demonstrate awareness and interest in the commercial market
11. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
12. English requirement: Excellent Reading, Good writing, Basic speaking
