- Solve problems in Hardware, Software, Network and Server applications.
- Support PC, Laptop and office equipment. Install and troubleshoot basic program usage problems.
- Manage program access permissions, fix program usage issues.
- Basic Hardware Inspection and Repair
- Prepare relevant documents within the department.
- Other assignments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science or Engineer in Computer Science, Computer Engineer and Information Technology
- 0-1 years of experience in IT Support. (New graduate are also welcome)
- Basic knowledge of Network,LAN systems
- Positive Thinking, fast learner, service-minded, energetic and enthusiastic
