We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ฿24,000 - ฿45,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

- End user support for desktop, laptop and other devices
- Regular maintenance and support of desktop and end user environment.
- Troubleshoot and repair software and hardware related problems.
- Maintain record of IT inventory
- Escalate issues to the next level and coordinate resolution with other team members.
- Responding to email, chat, or phone queries.
- Shift support on holiday, hotline call, Onsite support.
- Project working (installation, networks/cabling, machine staging, etc.) Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of related experience. New graduates are also welcome.
- Experience in PC Hardware & Software maintenance, networking, LAN/WAN maintenance.
- Willingness to learn new things relating to IT.
- Service mind oriented & Problem-solving skill.
