The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ฿24,000 - ฿45,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

- Work closely with IT infrastructure team, IT core systems team to ensure changes was implemented according to required business and IT technical specifications and that procedures were followed for all production system change.
- Work closely with user when the regular IT service request and incident happen. to understand business impact and escalate as needed. Provide resolution that can be quickly to correct the issues.
- Service as the1st line customers who need technical support – via telephone and email
- Escalate unresolved call issues to 2nd tier or next level of support person
- Troubleshoot basic network/systems and Minor core applications issues
- Create documentation as needed for supported systems and applications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
- Welcome for newly graduated person.
- 0 – 1 years’ experience with IT hardware, software, Azure and Microsoft and macOS
- 0 – 1 years with customer focused business such as (Hotel, Food & Beverage, Retails)
- Knowledge into hands-on experience with Windows/macOS environments.
- Knowledge into Microsoft O365 applications used within the association.
- Knowledge into basic networking and systems trouble the association.
- Knowledge of some basic PowerShell or equivalent scripting.
- Knowledge work in agile environment with tickets across IT Onsite and familiar team.
- Perform endpoint troubleshooting using different diagnostic technics.
- Perform quick resolution and excellent customer services.
- Ability to customer focus and ability to communicate well with technical term requirement to line manager.
