Job responsibilities ;
– All help desk calls and work directly with end-users to troubleshoot computer issues, determine the source and advise on appropriate action.
– Work with setup and installation of equipment, include PC, laptop, printers, desk phone, etc.
– Assists with network and PC preventive maintenance logging efforts and company antivirus to ensure data integrity.
– Identify and resolve system issues.
– Report and process IT information to headquarter and other areas as requirement.
– Installing computer hardware configurations, software and network systems.
Qualification ;
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer science.
– Experience in industrial environment and works as IT Support or IT Engineering for at least 2 years.
– Good command in English.
