(Thailand Home Based – Report to Singapore Office)
Studio Makal is an award winning RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) practice based in Singapore. We are expanding and we are looking for enthusiastic Designer to grow with our studio. You must be independent to work from home.
Main Responsibilities:
- Undertake design projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Understand client’s goals, requirement of the project.
- Provide a walk-through with Enscape to client during client meeting.
- Oversee project schedule and progress according to high quality standards.
- Understanding of interior detailing, lighting and electricial layout and able to provide these drawings independently.
- Checking of shop drawings.
- Provide mood boards and present to clients.
- Knowledgeable in luxury brands for Interior Furnishing.
Job Requirement:
- Min 2 years’ working experience in Interior Design Field.
- Good knowledge in layout planning, materials selection, colors.
- Proficient with SketchUp, Enscape, 3D Max, Rhino, Photoshop, illustrator, AutoCAD.
- Good attention to details and creative.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good project and time management skills.
- A Diploma or Degree in Interior Design.
