ลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ออกแบบ พัฒนา และติดตั้ง (Implement) ระบบงานสารสนเทศและระบบข้อมูลในองค์กร
- บริหารจัดการขั้นตอนการพัฒนาระบบงาน รวมถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงในระบบงาน
- เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทีมให้การสนับสนุนในการให้บริการด้านระบบงานและข้อมูล การตอบสนองต่อปัญหาให้ตรงตามข้อตกลง (SLA) รวมทั้งการเก็บรวบรวมเป็นองค์ความรู้ (Knowledge Base) ของสำนักเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
- ควบคุมพัฒนาการปฏิบัติงานของฝ่ายให้เหมาะสมกับทรัพยากรที่มี
- ติดตามสัญญาต่างๆของผู้ให้บริการภายนอกได้ตามกำหนดเวลาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆในการสนับสนุนงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้บรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์
- เสนอแนะแนวทางปรับปรุงระบบงานและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลต่อองค์กร
คุณสมบัติเฉพาะตำแหน่ง
- มีวุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ใน สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ (Computer Science) สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (Information Technology) หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนาและบำรุงรักษาระบบงาน หรือติดตั้งซอฟท์แวร์ระดับองค์กรเช่น ERP, Project Management 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถออกแบบระบบงานคอมพิวเตอร์ด้วยแนวทางมาตรฐานต่างๆ เช่น Agile
- มีความเข้าใจในภาษา JavaScript, Python, C#, HTML, CSS และอื่นๆ
- สามารถพัฒนาการเชื่อมต่อข้อมูลระหว่างระบบงาน (API) ได้
- สามารถออกแบบโครงสร้างข้อมูล และพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลสำหรับระบบงานได้
ความรู้ ทักษะ และสมรรถนะที่ผู้สมัครต้องมี
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาทางด้านโปรแกรมแบบเฉพาะหน้าหรือในภาวะวิกฤต
