ลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ศึกษา ค้นคว้า พัฒนากลยุทธ์ กระบวนการ และยุทธศาสตร์การวิจัย
- บริหารโครงการและประสานงานบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร เพื่อให้บรรลุผลตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- สร้างและส่งเสริมความร่วมมือกับองค์กรระดับนานาชาติและระดับชาติ เพื่อสร้างความร่วมมือทางด้านวิชาการและการดำเนินการด้านการประเมินผลลัพธ์
- สนับสนุนการจัดประชุมให้ความรู้และแนวคิดด้านการประเมินผลลัพธ์ร่วมกับภาคียุทธศาสตร์
- เพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายนักวิชาการและนักวิจัยด้านการประเมินผลลัพธ์เพื่อความเสมอภาคทางการศึกษา
- วิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้เพื่อจัดทำบทสรุปผู้บริหารข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบาย บทความเพื่อใช้ในการสื่อสาร รณรงค์ และเผยแพร่สู่สาธารณะ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติเฉพาะตำแหน่ง
- มีวุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทขึ้นไป สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์ข้อมูล สังคมศาสตร์ มนุษย์ศาสตร์ เศรษฐศาสตร์ สถิติ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ จัดการ และพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในประสานหรือบริหารจัดการโครงการ ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี
- มีความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในด้านการบริหารงานโครงการจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
ความรู้ ทักษะ และสมรรถนะที่ผู้สมัครต้องมี
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ จัดทำแผนกลยุทธ์ และบริหารจัดการโครงการ
