We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of In-house Sales Support. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ฿24,000 - ฿45,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

The In-house Sales Support role is instrumental in increasing the efficiency of Mahr’s sales teams in South East Asia. This role is the bridge between the stakeholders, hence requires close coordination between FSEs, the Sales/Distribution Manager and the General Manager.
The main objectives of this role are: assisting and supporting the sales teams. The In-house Sales Support will be working closely with both the dealers and customers to facilitate sales, increase brand awareness, and build a satisfied customer base.
Sales and Order Processing:
- Answer customer’s questions and resolve complaints
- Customer visit coordination
- Tracking and reporting sales KPIs
- Ensuring all sales data is fed into SFDC
- Tracking the project processes and visit report
- Coordinating transfer pricing
- Check and create quotations
- Order processing and order follow up
- Coordinating the delivery times with HQ in Germany
- Tracking and reporting AR Status
Exhibitions and Seminars:
- Organize customer list with sales
- Assist in organize and coordinate marketing activities
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
- At least two years in customer service or sales experience
- Reliable, detail-oriented and a team player
- Enthusiastic and positive with excellent multitasking skills
- Experience with multiple industry tools such as Salesforce is an advantage
- Effectively bilingual in Thai and English
